FNAIM – A new digital cross-channel platform
FNAIM called on SQLI to put in place a new Information System to enable it to address its members’ and the general public’s new needs through the deployment of an ambitious digital strategy.
Context and challenge
FNAIM – the biggest trade organisation in the real estate sector in France and Europe – wanted to rethink its Information System with a three-pronged goal:
- Leverage its professional and legal expertise as well as its actions with public authorities
- Pursue the mission it has set itself to provide sector-based, economic, legal and regulatory information for its entire ecosystem
- Develop a technological platform to enhance its service offer to support and secure its members’ real estate projects
FNAIM chose SQLI to support it in this initiative as it was attracted by SQLI’s consultancy, technological and methodological expertise.
After an audit of the IS led by SQLI, which led to the drafting of a master plan in close cooperation with FNAIM’s IT department, SQLI set up a high performance and sustainable technological platform in less than 3 months to address the Federation’s short term goals (overhaul of the www.fnaim.fr website in particular); the system, designed on the basis of ROI logic, now addresses the major issue of accelerating FNAIM’s digital strategy to better serve members with, in particular, the roll-out of an MS Sharepoint-based Extranet: secure transaction management, legal documents, collaborative tools, website offer for members (deployment of a site factory), etc.
The customer view
We were faced with major technological change and we looked to offer more digital services to our members. To take us through this change, we decided to call on an IT specialist capable at once of building a long term vision and rolling out projects in the very short term. SQLI delivered this expertise to us in both drawing up a master plan over 3 years and supporting us on short cycle projects.
